Room Inspector

Responsible for the overall cleaning of the hotel and all other assigned areas while maintaining Company standards.  Also responsible for the supervision of all cleaning assigned in the absence of the Housekeeping & Hotel Amenities Supervisor and effectively handling customer related issues. Practices the Rising Star Core Values of Commitment, Integrity and Excellence. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervises all cleaning projects and cleans all areas as assigned by the Housekeeping & Hotel Amenities Supervisor.
  • Performs 25% supervision and 75% physical work.
  • Enforces policies of the Company according to policy and procedure manuals.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned including turn-down service and laundry.
  • Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
  • Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience Required:  Previous cleaning experience.
  • Education Required:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required:  Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company, departmental, and Government rules and regulations.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:  None.
  • Other Specialized Requirements:  None.
