POSITION TITLE:  Count Room Attendant

REPORTS TO:  Count Room Supervisor

ACCESS TO:  Hard count and Soft count areas and Token Storage Room

FLSA:  Non-exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:  Opening of Live Gaming Device and BVU boxes, counting of the drop and verification of documentation and bundling of currency to the final reconciliation of totals.  Participate in Electronic Gaming Device drop collection, Live Gaming Device drop collection.  Transfer Electronic Gaming Device drop to the Main Bank. Practices the Rising Star Core Values of Commitment, Integrity and Excellence.  


Essential Job Functions: 

Conduct a mechanically assisted count of the contents of the live gaming device drop boxes to determine, by table, the amount of the drop and the win.
Conduct a mechanically assisted count of the contents of the BVU boxes. 

Perform Electronic Gaming Device drop collection.
Transfer Electronic Gaming Device drop to the Main Bank.
Assist in the upkeep of all equipment.
Follow established procedures, and internal control policies.
Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise, as required of the crew of a Coast Guard certified vessel. .
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications:

Experience Required:  Minimum of one year of cashiering/cash handling or clerical experience preferred.
Education Required:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required:  Ability to effectively interact with people.  Ability to perform mathematical functions and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:  Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
Other Specialized Requirements:  Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently on a daily basis. Able to work varied hours, holidays, and weekends.
